1. Application scope:
This Horizontal Hydraulic Wheel Press is applicable for mounting the wheelset wheels of all railway rolling stocks, such as locomotives, wagons, coaches, metros, high-speed trains and other railcars.
2. Machine Features:
- Double cylinders for wheelset pressing. Only one time positioning to perform both wheel pressing without reversal of the axle.
- Only one operator is required to complete all the operations.
- The wheel press adopts overall gantry frame structure. The gantry frame is welded by forged steel and high-strength steel plate material, then carried out overall annealing and stress relieving, and overall processing on high-performance CNC machining center. With high strength, good rigidity and small deformation.
- Unique Invention patented cylindrical ram for wheel mounting, with high pressing accuracy.
- Special patented centering devices at both ends of two ram cylinders for center hole positioning.
- With an electric axle support trolley for transferring the wheelset into / out from the press.
- With measurement and recording system to measure and record the pressing data.
- With SIEMENS PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC to monitor and control the operation.
- A high-pressure oil injection system is option for easy wheel mounting.
