1. Application scope:
This Hydraulic Wheel Press is applicable for the assembly, disassembly and backpressure test work of the wheelsets for all railway rolling stocks, including locomotives, passenger cars, freight cars, metros, intercity cars, EMU and high-speed trains.
1) It's a double-end cylinder design. One time positioning without reversing the axle to proceed both side mounting or dismounting.
2) Only one operator is required to complete all the operation.
3) The press is widely used in the railway repair workshops and wheelset production workshops.

3. Machine features:
1) The wheel press machine is a horizontal wheel press and will be installed in a foundation pit.
2) The wheelset press is able to mount and dismount both wheels on the same axle simultanously without turning the axle.
3) Double ram cylinders for mounting and dismounting.
4) One time wheelset positioning to mount/dismount the 2 wheel discs without reversal of the axle.
5) Overall gantry frame structure, with high strength, good rigidity and less deformation.
6) Special patented Centring mechanism at both ends of two ram cylinders for center hole positioning.
7) Special patented cylindrical rams at both ends of piston rods for wheel mounting.
8) Movable slider device with at 2 replaceable inserts to block the wheels, gears or brake discs for dismounting. It's the original patent in China.
9) An electric wheelset support trolley for wheelset preassembly and transportation. The trolley will exit the press during the operation.
10) A Gearbox support is provided to support the gearbox. The gearbox will be supported during the whole process.
11) With measurement and recording system to measure, detect and the required data.
12) Siemens S7-300 PLC and AdvanTech Industrial computer to control the operation.
13) Only one operator is required to complete all the operation.
14) A High pressure oil injection system is option for easy wheel mounting and dismounting.
