Double cylinder Automatic Wheelset Demount Press - Model HQ03
1. Application scope:
This Hydraulic Wheel Dismount Press is applicable for the wheelset disassembly work of urban rail transit (Subway, Light rail), coaches, EMU and high-speed trains.
2. Machine features:
1) Only operator is required to complete all the operations.
2) A high-pressure oil injection system is optional for easy wheel dismounting.
3) One time positioning for both wheel dismounting without reversal of the axle.
4) With double end hydraulic cylinders
5) With a 180° rotary trolley for wheelset transportation.
6) With a hoist to lift the gearbox during operation.
7) With Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC to control the operation.
8) With recording system to record and save the pressing data.
