Double-cylinder Wheelset Press with Rotary Trolley - Model HQ01
1. Application scope
This Horizontal Hydraulic Wheel Press is applicable for the mounting, dismounting and back-pressure test of wheelset wheels, brake disc and gear for passenger cars, Metros, intercity vehicles, EMUs and high speed rail trains.
Only one operator is required to completed all the operations.

3. Machine Features:
1) The Wheel press machine is a horizontal hydraulic wheel press and will be installed in a pit.
2) The wheel press-fitting machine is able to mount and dismount both wheels on the same axle without turning the axle and in a sequence first the wheel at one side of the axle then the wheel at the other side.
3) The wheel assembly machine will be able to complete the mounting/dismounting of two wheels onto / off the axle simultaneously once the wheels have been loaded onto the Machine.
4) Gantry frame structure, with high strength, good rigidity and less deformation.
5) The Wheel mounting and dismounting press is equipped with special patented centring devices at both ends of two ram cylinders for center hole positioning.
6) Unique Invention patented cylindrical ram for wheel mounting, with high pressing accuracy.
7) The CNC wheel press is equipped with a 180 degree rotary trolley for wheelset loading and unloading. It will exit from the press during the operation.
8) The wheel press is equipped with a gearbox support to support the gearbox during the whole process.
9 With measurement and recording system to control the operation. It can export the force vs displacement curve onto the screen and printer.
