Horizontal Hydraulic Wheel Press with Single cylinder - Model HQ09

1. Application scope:
This Horizontal wheelset press is applicable for mounting and dismounting wheelset wheels of the railway rolling stocks.

2. Machine features:
1) With single-end cylinder to mount and dismount both wheels.
2) It requires to reverse the axle (180°) to mount or dismount the other wheel after one wheel operation completed.
3) The wheel press mainly consists of cylinder column, resistant column, rear column, support rods, chassis, caliper claws, support trolleys, hydraulic system and eletrical control system.
4) With 2 support trolleys for supporting the axle.
5) With Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC to control and monitor the operation.
6) With recording system to record, save and generate the pressing curve of force vs displacement.
7) With displacement sensor and pressure sensor to real-time detect the displacement and force and display it on the screen.
